 We
extend a very
warm welcome to our home and B&B in the quiet and long
established suburb of
Bayswater. Whether you
are fellow kiwis or visiting New Zealand from overseas, on holiday or
business, we look
forward to ensuring you enjoy our homestay-style bed and breakfast
accommodation
in the near future.
Our 2 level house is very modern - it
is
warm, sunny and comfortable and has all the 'mod cons'. Bayswater
is
situated on a peninsula on the North Shore in Auckland. Restaurants and
shopping in
Devonport Village or Takapuna Beach city centre are
just a
5-10 minute drive away. A 10-minute-trip ferry service to Downtown
Auckland runs regularly from the marina which is a short 10 minute walk
down to the end of our road. We are also on the bus route. Auckland
City Centre is about a 12-15 minute drive from here (as long as you
don't get
caught up in traffic!) and the motorway, heading north or south, is
about a 5-10 minute drive away. We offer courtesy pick-up and drop-off
to the ferry and other local areas by arrangement. We
currently have one very comfortable, upstairs bedroom available with a
queen size bed,
a private modern, tiled bathroom and your own separate
sitting
room with TV, DVD player and tea & coffee making
facilities. You are also always welcome
to join us, if you wish, in the lounge downstairs to watch TV, or
just chat. You may like to relax out on the patio in the
private
garden or indulge in a soak in our redwood hot-tub spa. Enjoy a
generous and delicious breakfast downstairs at your leisure in the
morning.We are committed to providing you with exceptional hospitality - please let us know of any special requests or requirements you may have and we will do our best to accommodate them.

breakfast every morning (especially enjoyed Lesley's home-baking). We
couldn't have imagined better hosts. You went above and beyond to make
sure our stay was comfortable - and that our travels were a success. We
especially appreciated being picked up/dropped off at the ferry for our
convenience, socializing with you, and being treated like good friends.
We look forward to returning on our next holiday. It was great to stay
in Bayswater, away from the city but conveniently close to it. Your
